So I will try to have this concise. I wish to wed this girl, but whilst she came here legally she overstayed by multiform years. J1 visa. From what I accumulate on a authorised forum, overstay can be annulled by matrimony to an american citizen.
However, she is working, finish with a W2 filed and the SS she was issued, but USCIS authorization. How critical is this? Will she be in difficulty when she files taxes for 2009? Can I still wed her and live plainly in the US with her?

Your gf has violated numerous laws, and you do not want to be associated with any lawbreaker. If you marry her, you might be held liable for her back taxes. Also consider that she may be using you as a sucker to enable her to remain. Do not marry this girl. There is an exceedingly high probability your heart and your bank account will be broken.
Suggest to her that she arrange your immigration to her country, and see what she says. But do not attempt to "legalize" her. She probably has to return to her own country and then you try to bring her in from there. Difficult, costly, and painful separations, and ultimately for her benefit at your expense when she gets what she wants and dumps you. I’ve heard this story too many times to count and there is no Cinderella-style happily ever after.
